HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

This Hold Harmless Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date signed below by and between:

Service Provider: Jekyll Island Sitters

Services Provided: Babysitting, pet sitting, pet walking, and/or elderly care

1. Release and Waiver of Liability: The Client agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the Provider, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property, arising from or related to the services provided.

2. Assumption of Risk: The Client acknowledges that engaging in babysitting, pet sitting, pet walking, and elderly care services carries inherent risks. The Client voluntarily assumes all risks and agrees that the Provider shall not be liable for any unforeseen incidents, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, animal behavior, or health issues that may arise while providing services.

3. Medical Emergency: In the event of a medical emergency involving a child, pet, or elderly individual under the Provider’s care, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client. If the Client cannot be reached, the Provider is authorized to seek emergency medical attention at the Client’s expense.

4. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to the services provided under this Agreement.

5. Acknowledgment and Agreement: The Client acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms.
